Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Gold's Gym - SoCal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of staff to ensure a world-class experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, ensuring that all systems are followed, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, guest registration, and cash handling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Assist the General Manager with operational issues, including managing cash deposits, processing cancellations, and ensuring that all members' concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the General Manager, staff, and members to ensure that all needs are met and that the club is running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to members' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, including cash handling and management systems.
  • Current CPR Certification: Possess current CPR certification.
