Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive world-class service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations team to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Hire, train, and supervise operations team members
  • Serve as liaison with corporate customer care department
  • Manage cash deposits and ensure daily deposits are made on time
  • Work with the general manager to manage membership questions, concerns, and inquiries
  • Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
  • Train staff to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Ability to use sound business judgment and strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication and delegation skills
  • Ability to create a positive environment and demonstrate willingness for self-development
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent motivational, communication, and team-building skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
