Customer Service Manager

Canteen North America is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop account plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales and service management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
