Customer Service Manager

At Gold\u0027s Gym, we\u0027re looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you\u0027ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our clubs run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operations team to ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Hire, train, and supervise operations team members
- Assist the General Manager with member and operational issues
- Control cash deposits and ensure daily deposits are made on time
- Work with the cleaning team to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Manage front desk systems, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, and cash handling
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Understanding of basic cash procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience and professionalism
- Excellent training skills
- Current CPR Certification
