Senior Logistics Analyst for Secure Communications

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Logistics Analyst to support our Secure Communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence and resourcefulness, thriving in a dynamic team environment that collaborates on various defense programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established procedures to acquire necessary equipment and materials for project teams.
- Offer procurement advice and support to project management.
- Execute administrative tasks related to inventory management.
Learning Opportunities:
- Collaborate with project teams to manage kitting materials for distribution.
- Engage with internal and external entities concerning logistics operations, including Receiving, Shipping, and Customs.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants typically need a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Alternatively, experience may substitute for educational requirements.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance, with U.S. citizenship being a prerequisite.
Experience in logistics processes, including packaging, inventory management, and supply chain operations is essential. Familiarity with export regulations and international shipping protocols is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail are necessary. Candidates should be capable of working independently or collaboratively to achieve objectives.
Knowledge of RTX's supply chain management and procurement processes is advantageous.
