Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Secure Communications program area. This role is essential in supporting various airborne platforms and secure communication systems critical to national defense.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize established processes to acquire necessary equipment and materials for program teams.
2. Provide procurement advice and support to project management.
3. Execute administrative tasks related to inventory management and logistics operations.
Learning Opportunities:
1. Collaborate with program teams to facilitate the shipment of kitting materials.
2. Engage with internal and external stakeholders involved in logistics operations, including customs and shipping agencies.
Essential Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with equivalent experience may also be considered.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
Experience in logistics processes, including inventory control, supply chain management, and compliance with export regulations is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively. Familiarity with Raytheon's supply chain management processes and procurement tools is advantageous.
