The Senior S&OP Analyst serves as a pivotal connector within the global S&OP framework, fostering collaborative efforts with senior executives across commercial and operational divisions.

Utilizing technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of CONMED's internal systems, the Senior S&OP Analyst is instrumental in guiding the overall strategy, coordination, execution, management, and successful completion of designated projects and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the monthly and weekly tactical S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between demand and supply while reporting critical issues to essential stakeholders.

Conduct and present forecasting activities related to customers and products.

Engage in inventory planning and strategy formulation (including safety stock management and analysis, promotional builds, etc.), and communicate risks associated with inventory and supply strategies.

By leveraging forecasting software, develop and maintain statistical models for internal stakeholders, integrating business intelligence through collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, production, and other relevant sources.

Analyze historical sales patterns, investigate demand influencers, prepare forecasting data, create statistical forecasting models, and assess forecast outcomes.
Facilitate effective cross-functional communication between Business Units and Supply Chain to bolster significant S&OP initiatives.

Enhance S&OP analytics by developing tools and analyses that enable the tracking of forecasts, operational metrics, financial indicators, and other key performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Monitor, support, and lead projects or initiatives, implementing changes and interventions to achieve desired project results.
Maintain performance metrics/scorecards on KPIs, including fill rates, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory, and adherence to production schedules.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and engage in S&OP projects as required.
Support the DC replenishment process as a secondary function.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business analytics, S&OP, or MBA.
APICS certification
Experience with ERP Systems and Business Analytic tools.
This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship.
As required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range reflects CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
