Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a systems engineering role.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools such as MySQL or DOORS.
  • Experience in system architecture and design documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient team player with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • All applicants must be U.S. citizens due to government contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Background in root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in analytical software tools for reviewing and analyzing software runtime data.
  • Experience in creating and presenting design review documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of MBSE best practices.
  • Familiarity with modeling languages such as SysML and UML.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Comfortable with basic software code inspection and review.
  • Experience with lab equipment and software.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of Radar/Sensor/Systems operations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems.
