We are currently seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst specializing in Secure Communications. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence and resourcefulness, thriving in a dynamic team environment that supports our Secure Communications initiatives. This role encompasses various critical programs, including Command and Control Switching Systems and multiple airborne platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established procedures to acquire necessary equipment and materials for project teams.
- Offer procurement support and advice to project management.
- Conduct administrative tasks related to inventory management.
Learning Opportunities:
- Collaborate with project teams to manage the logistics of kitting materials for distribution.
- Engage with internal and external partners involved in receiving, shipping, and customs processes.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.
- Experience in logistics processes, including inventory control and material distribution management.
- Familiarity with export regulations and compliance related to international shipping.
- Physical capability to handle materials and knowledge of safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Awareness of the distinctions between Government and Customer Furnished Material.
- Experience with procurement tools and systems.
