We are currently seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence and resourcefulness, demonstrating a high energy level while adapting seamlessly to a diverse team focused on our Secure Communications program. This program encompasses various critical systems and platforms, ensuring effective communication for key defense operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established procedures to acquire necessary equipment and materials for installation and program teams.
- Offer procurement support and guidance to program management.
- Conduct administrative tasks related to inventory management.
Learning Opportunities:
- Collaborate with program teams to manage material preparation for distribution.
- Engage with internal and external entities involved in logistics processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience may substitute for educational requirements.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Proficient in logistics processes, including inventory control and material distribution management.
- Familiarity with export regulations and compliance related to international shipping.
- Physical capability to handle materials and operate industrial movement tools, with an understanding of safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Understanding of Government and Customer Furnished Material handling requirements.
- Experience with procurement tools and systems.
