What You'll Do
  • Drive revenue growth with local, regional, and national account customers by building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Equip retail sales associates with the tools and product knowledge needed to effectively demonstrate and sell our products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow account revenue and optimize sales, merchandising, and product placement.
  • Prepare and conduct product trainings and presentations for sales personnel.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for territory growth through new potential accounts.
What You'll Need
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or training is not required but is helpful.

Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000 per year.
