Champions Haven Assisted Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to lead our team and oversee daily operations. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care in a supportive, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all services are delivered in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations for assisted living facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage the budget, including financial planning, tracking expenditures, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for residents, focusing on their health, safety, and emotional well-being.
  • Handle inquiries and conduct tours for potential residents and families, showcasing the values and quality of Champions Haven Assisted Living.
  • Ensure that all medical and personal care services are delivered according to the residents' individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within an assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare facility.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and facility operations.
  • Dedication to upholding the highest standards of resident care and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed Assisted Living Administrator in the state of Texas
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and facility management software.
  • Proven track record of successful regulatory inspections and facility compliance.
