Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the COO and department staff
- Assist with daily administration related to the department
- Support the COO and department staff with fulfilling duties and activities that meet customer needs
- Ensure all responsibilities are in line with the department and IU goals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience
- Must be or be able to become a Notary Public
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
This is a hybrid schedule position with a three-day minimum requirement per week to be in the office. The minimum salary for this position is $57,714.00.
