Supplier Success Manager

As a Supplier Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the health and success of our supplier accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing suppliers, blending supplier success goals with offering and business goals to drive a powerful, strong, and growing supplier/DSSI relationship.
  • Keep suppliers happy, engaged, and growing as part of the DSSI ecosystem.
  • Be the face of the supplier to our internal team and the face of our business to the supplier.
  • Leverage supplier and system analytics to drive system penetration and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Guide suppliers and internal team members through various stages of the supplier journey, including onboarding, development, and maturity.
  • Negotiate contracts, facilitate onboarding, and reverse marketing of new suppliers to ensure seamless integration into the DSSI platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Customer Success, Supply Chain, Account Management, or Sales experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of working in a supplier-facing role, establishing strong relationships, and delivering on business goals.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
