About the Role

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of middle market relationships, ensuring retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial relationships with a value of $25M+
  • Retain and grow client assets and relationships
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to cross-sell bank products and services
  • Provide financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients
  • Make presentations on specific loans and participate in the loan approval process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 8-10 years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales and business development experience
  • Strong credit skills and knowledge of non-borrowing products
  • Past track records of sales and client management success
