As a Family Engagement Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and effectively communicating with prospective and current families via email and phone.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential, and secure records related to licensing, attendance, and other essential files.
  • Providing assistance throughout the center as needed.

Qualifications:

Applicants must successfully complete required background checks and meet the minimum educational and experiential criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience with Parent-Teacher Associations is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to coordinate high-profile school events and auctions.
