Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead our technology risk management program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, technology risk, and governance, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive technology risk management framework that aligns with the company's risk appetite and strategic objectives.
* Lead a team of risk management professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology-related risks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded across the organization.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, risk committees, and regulatory bodies.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in technology and risk management, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technology, risk management, business, or finance.
* 7+ years of experience in risk management, technology risk management, or IT audit.
* Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and standards, including US, UK, and EU requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in risk management, technology risk, operational risk, IT audit, or other similar risk consulting or internal control functions.
* Experience in a complex financial institution and/or highly matrixed environment.
* Strong understanding of technology and data roles, financial services regulatory experience, audit experience, business acumen, and intellectual curiosity.
* Experience designing, implementing, and managing complex risk programs and leading team members and stakeholders on the continued use and management of such programs.
