Integrated Resources is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and software development, with expertise in ColdFusion solutions and Azure DevOps. The Technical Specialist IV will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking issues, providing technical support to other departments, and troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving issues with both hardware and software. The candidate will also be responsible for upgrading application software code to utilize HTTPS and creating Azure Deploy Pipelines as needed. Additionally, the Technical Specialist IV will be responsible for making recommendations for migration of agency ColdFusion applications that need mediation. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in developing, testing, and deploying ColdFusion applications, as well as experience with requirements management and analysis within source code. The Technical Specialist IV will also be responsible for managing multiple task assignments concurrently and executing work in order of priority. The candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and will be able to interact with users, clearly understand their needs, and document those needs. The Technical Specialist IV will also have experience with the Information System Development Lifecycle methodology and will be able to architect and document the logical structure for software systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of experience in a related area. The Technical Specialist IV will be a key member of our team and will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and evaluate ColdFusion application software code to determine features that will be retired, removed, deprecated, or unsupported in ColdFusion 2023.

* Recommend mitigation options for applications that contain ColdFusion 2023 retired, removed, deprecated, or unsupported features.

* Upgrade application software code to utilize HTTPS and create Azure Deploy Pipelines as needed.

* Troubleshoot issues related to agency ColdFusion applications migrated from version 2018 to 2023.

* Make a recommendation for migration of agency ColdFusion applications that need mediation.

* Provide estimates to complete assigned tasks and communicate progress.

* Manage multiple task assignments concurrently and execute work in order of priority.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

* At least 9 years of experience in a related area.

* Advanced skills in developing, testing, and deploying ColdFusion applications.

* Experience with requirements management and analysis within source code.

* Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

* Ability to interact with users, clearly understand their needs, and document those needs.

* Experience with the Information System Development Lifecycle methodology.

* Ability to architect and document the logical structure for software systems and databases.
