Business Development Manager for High-Value Clients

As a Business Development Manager at Aon, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

The position is focused on developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships, while also identifying new opportunities for expansion. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

A key aspect of this role will be managing large, sophisticated multi-national clients, and leading a book of business worth $3.5 million to $5 million in annual revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the risk management industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in growing and retaining high-value client relationships.

In terms of technical skills, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, you will need to hold an active Property & Casualty license.
