Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Pricing and Licensing Strategy to join our team at Veeam Software. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing and licensing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in pricing and licensing, with experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of our pricing and licensing strategies. You will also be responsible for leading a team of pricing managers to successfully implement and execute pricing and licensing initiatives. We offer a competitive salary range of $206,400—$294,900 USD, plus comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited PTO, medical, dental, and vision benefits, flexible spending accounts, life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage, family planning support benefits, 401k match, and professional training and education opportunities.
