Job Overview

The role of Receptionist Coordinator is essential for our operations, serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. In this position, you will manage phone communications, organize meetings, arrange travel logistics, and oversee mail and package deliveries, ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Compensation:

$37,500 - $40,500 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and copying.
  • Welcome guests, clients, and team members at the front desk, offering necessary guidance and information.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely communication with relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate travel plans and develop itineraries for off-site engagements.
  • Schedule appointments for staff and maintain an organized calendar.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a front desk or similar administrative role.
  • Skilled in managing phone interactions and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities.
