Job Overview

The role of Receptionist Coordinator is essential in ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Compensation:

$37,500 - $40,500 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and photocopying.
  • Welcome clients and visitors at the front desk, offering them necessary information and directions.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring that messages are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize travel arrangements and create itineraries for off-site meetings.
  • Maintain an organized calendar for appointments and meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a front desk or similar administrative role.
  • Ability to manage phone communications and navigate high-pressure situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities.
