Community Support Services Team Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking Licensed or Associate Licensed Clinicians to fulfill the role of Community Support Team Lead. This position focuses on delivering Community Support Team (CST) services to adults facing Mental Health and Substance Use challenges. The aim is to assist individuals with complex treatment requirements in achieving stability within the community.
Role Responsibilities:
The CST Team Lead will play a crucial role in:
- Conducting assessments and updating clinical documentation.
- Supporting the program supervisor in developing treatment plans and providing clinical direction to the team.
- Ensuring that the intensity of treatment is appropriately addressed.
Services Provided by CST:
CST is structured to offer:
- Stabilization of symptoms by alleviating psychiatric or substance use disorder manifestations.
- Restorative strategies aimed at enhancing interpersonal skills, community engagement, coping mechanisms, and independent living capabilities.
- Psychoeducational resources.
- Emergency intervention to de-escalate crises, including after-hours on-call support.
- Coordination of services and ensuring access to community resources.
