Job Summary:
We are seeking a fully licensed therapist in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC) or a professional holding an associate license with supervision to join our Community Support Team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting or private practice, a Master's degree in a human services field, and a commitment to our mission of providing high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of services within the Community Support Team.
- Provide individual therapy and behavioral interventions such as modeling, behavior modification, and behavior rehearsal.
- Coordinate and provide clinical assessments and reassessments of beneficiaries' needs.
- Offer clinical expertise and guidance to Community Support Team members, enhancing interventions with beneficiaries.
- Supervise and provide individual supervision plans for Community Support Team members, excluding the Team Lead.
- Manage and determine team caseload based on acuity and beneficiary needs.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and provide oversight of the team's service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, interventions, and activities.
- Complete functional needs assessments to determine service scope and anticipated outcomes.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC) or holding an associate license with required supervision.
- Possess at least two years of experience in a clinical setting or private practice.
- Hold a Master's Degree in a human service field.
- Committed to maintaining a minimum caseload as per policy.
- Capable of becoming credentialed to receive third-party/private pay insurance.
- Ideally already paneled with insurance companies.
- A collaborative professional who is also capable of working independently.
