Child and Family Services Clinical Supervisor

We are on the lookout for empathetic and motivated clinicians to join our expanding team. In the role of Clinical Supervisor, you will lead the Children's Family Intensive team, providing support in various environments including offices, schools, homes, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer clinical and administrative oversight to a primarily community-based clinical team.
- Drive program development and management initiatives.
- Engage actively with the community.
- Participate in management team activities.
- Deliver direct clinical services to children and families served by the Family Intensive team.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.
- Eligibility for New Hampshire Licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is necessary. Active licensure in New Hampshire is preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families within the children's system of care is essential.
- Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with the New Hampshire community mental health system.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance or access to a reasonable alternative are required.
