Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Stage 4 Solutions. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement resolutions for incidents related to client-provided hardware and software, including break/fix hardware and software support.
  • Evaluate and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved within agreed service levels or timeframes.
  • Monitor and track incident progress, updating status and communicating with clients and support teams.
  • Provide real-time monitoring and issue resolution, summarizing findings and opening cases as needed.
  • Assist customers with questions and issues related to array performance, compute capacity, and other technical matters.
  • Schedule on-site activities, including break fixes, updates, and implementation work.
  • Manage change requests and datacenter access requests, ensuring timely approval and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Client team to resolve incidents related to HPE Infrastructure in Client IaaS Green Zone.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with large HPE Storage.
  • Experience with OneView and Synergy.
  • Experience in Brocade.
