Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
  • Problem-solving ability/organization and negotiation skills
  • Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products
Work Environment

Frequently outside the office environment working in the field visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $58,100 and $87,200. This role is also eligible for incentive pay. Benefits for this role include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
