Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Front Office/Patient Communication Specialist to join our team at Atlanta Interventional Institute. As a key member of our Front Office/Patient Communications Team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient office visits, coordinating care, and providing exceptional patient communication.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients according to practice protocols
  • Accurately capture and enter demographic and financial data into our software system
  • Answer patient inquiries about our practice and its scope of care
  • Follow up with patients who have contacted us to learn more about our practice and services
  • Coordinate care with outside diagnostic testing facilities
  • Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and/or balances due at the time of service
  • Make high-volume outgoing follow-up telephone calls
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
