Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

At JLM Dental Studio, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of patient care, from appointment scheduling to financial arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with patients, dentists, and hygienists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with billing processes.
  • Present treatment plans to patients, explaining recommended procedures and associated costs.
  • Develop payment arrangements and ensure financial agreements are clear and documented.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or related healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
