We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Smyrna, GA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and pharmacies to provide exceptional customer service and meet their healthcare needs.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize our pharmacy software system to accurately document patient notes, verify insurance, and maintain healthcare records.
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive environment that values employee growth and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Georgia.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Able to accurately transcribe information and data.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably with experience in handling pharmacy insurance rejections and billing.
