Foth is looking for a driven and team-oriented Construction Project Supervisor to join our Construction Services team and embark on a fulfilling career path.

This position will be based out of our office, with local projects in the surrounding areas.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction management tasks, ensuring effective communication between design teams and construction personnel.
- Mentor and guide construction staff in troubleshooting technical challenges and delivering training.
- Manage timelines for construction projects, particularly those related to municipal initiatives.
- Contribute to estimating, contracting, and construction processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in planning and design efforts during slower construction periods.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with project engineers, contractors, and clients to guarantee project success.
- Provide insightful feedback during project feasibility assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with process initiation.
- Coordinate equipment procurement as necessary.
- Maintain adherence to specifications based on client or project requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent technical experience.
- At least eight years of experience in the construction industry.
- A minimum of three years in a construction management capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to the design, construction, and maintenance of public infrastructure, particularly utilities, roadways, and sewer/water facilities including lift stations, booster stations, and elevated storage tanks.
