About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Associate Lead to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Patient Services Associates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
