Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient demographic information and insurance details
  • Process arrival and departure activities associated with patient visits
  • Support the delivery of the Jefferson Experience by providing prompt and courteous treatment to all patients and visitors
  • Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in a professional manner
  • Maintain an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms
  • Escalate patient and/or provider concerns as appropriate
  • Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred
