Role Responsibilities:
You will leverage your banking expertise to support our clients effectively. Our most successful team members possess a robust banking background and a deep understanding of how banks cater to their clientele. This encompasses insights into product offerings, operational management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the client lifecycle.

Team Dynamics:
The Client Support team is a collaborative unit focused on ensuring our clients' success. Comprising seasoned bankers, our team not only comprehends our software's functionalities but also its application within the banking sector. We prioritize addressing client concerns and swiftly resolving any issues they encounter. Much of our time is dedicated to assisting clients with their inquiries and enhancing their understanding of our software to better serve their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving support issues, including:
  • Loan Balancing, Payment Schedules, Interest Accruals, Loan Fees, Collateral
  • Loan Bank Control Records
  • Impaired Asset Processing and Investor Participation Processing
  • Deferred Earnings and Collections
  • Loan Statements and Notices
  • Providing expert, comprehensive product support to clients
  • Reproducing client issues in FIS test environments to identify optimal solutions
  • Proactively anticipating client needs through insightful questioning
  • Troubleshooting software application issues and recommending corrective measures
  • Documenting client information and recurring issues to enhance product quality and development
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and research abilities, with a knack for anticipating next steps
  • Analytical mindset; resourceful in researching and testing beyond standard manuals
  • Client-centric approach; empathetic to the client's perspective
  • Proficient relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the HORIZON core banking system (preferred but not mandatory)

FIS is dedicated to offering its employees an exciting career path and competitive compensation. The salary range for this full-time position is $73,000 to $119,400.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
