The officer is expected to deliver exceptional service to the bank's clientele while fostering collaboration across various internal departments, teams, and specialists to optimize cross-selling opportunities. The role includes providing integrated financial services guidance encompassing banking, credit, asset management, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
- Actively cultivates both internal and external networks to generate referrals and enhance visibility within the marketplace.
- Oversees the retention and growth of existing client relationships through a structured contact strategy and ongoing assessment of clients' banking requirements.
- Develops, promotes, and maintains a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve all Private Banking objectives, including advisory, brokerage, and insurance services.
- Proactively establishes new relationships through referrals from clients, influential contacts, and internal partnerships.
- Leads the client team in planning, delivering, and regularly reviewing services with clients.
- Ensures a high level of personal engagement and open communication among clients and internal teams to foster a superior client experience.
- Maintains proactive communication with clients regarding current financial market conditions and necessary adjustments to their investment strategies.
- Ensures adherence to internal control protocols, departmental policies, and regulatory standards.
- Exhibits the ability to be a valuable, complementary member of the team, supporting team selling initiatives and cross-business line referral goals.
- Provides financial insights and advice to clients and potential clients concerning market trends and general banking developments.
- Actively engages in community and business events to enhance the image of USAmeriBancorp as a vital community member and establish referral networks.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of financial products and technical expertise in formulating and delivering comprehensive investment solutions.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities with the aptitude to derive accurate conclusions.
- Proficient in various investment and financial planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to network effectively with prospective clients and influential contacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of International Banking landscapes.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advisory services, showcasing the ability to develop and manage existing relationships and new business prospects.
- Current possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 or equivalent certifications.
- Possession of State Insurance licenses for Life, Health, and Variable products.
