ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of a dynamic and diligent individual with a proactive mindset to join our team. In this position, you will engage externally with clients and internally with our business development initiatives. The anticipated time allocation for this role is approximately 60% on client delivery and 40% on business development efforts, with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively seek new opportunities and expand into key target accounts through market analysis, networking, and lead generation.
  • Cross-sell additional services to current clients, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and maximize revenue.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to effectively convey our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our services, assess client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Engage in the ideation process to identify potential service-line content and lead/sales campaigns to support early-stage business development.
  • Oversee the execution of business development events, including follow-up outreach to participants and securing next steps.
  • Lead the discovery process to summarize our understanding and approach for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and internal teams to manage key operational activities necessary to advance sales opportunities.
CLIENT DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with client sponsors and key stakeholders to identify their challenges and develop an engagement plan with deliverables to achieve their transformation goals.
  • Assist in creating transformation program plans that outline tasks, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Lead the development of key engagement deliverables such as presentations, spreadsheets, and research papers that align with client needs.
  • Facilitate engagement status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and communications.
  • Prepare and lead workshops attended by senior executives from client organizations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and position future engagements with key client sponsors.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client teams in collaboration with senior leaders.
