Head of Sales and Business Development Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Sales and Business Development Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, business development, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and presenting comprehensive sales reports to senior leadership
- Maintaining a strong presence in the market through strategic partnerships and account management
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies to expand our customer base
- Fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team through coaching and performance monitoring
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management and business development, preferably in the food industry
- Proven ability to analyze data, create reports, and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
