Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Sales and Business Development Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, business development, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and presenting comprehensive sales reports to senior leadership
  • Maintaining a strong presence in the market through strategic partnerships and account management
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies to expand our customer base
  • Fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team through coaching and performance monitoring
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales management and business development, preferably in the food industry
  • Proven ability to analyze data, create reports, and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
