Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $64,025 - $67,560. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, 15 paid vacation days annually, 10 paid sick days annually, 5 paid PTO days annually, paid holidays per Love146 schedule, an Employee Assistance Program, and more.

Job Description

This full-time role involves providing direct services to suspected and confirmed child victims of sex trafficking. Responsibilities include implementing Love146's Survivor Care program services with excellence, providing crisis intervention and safety planning, individual counseling, advocacy/accompaniment to medical, law enforcement, court, and academic appointments, transportation assistance, and documentation of all client-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a social work license in the State of Connecticut (or ability to transfer license to Connecticut), a minimum one year experience providing direct services to children at high-risk for trafficking, and experience working with state and private child welfare agencies. You should also have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as advanced problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions.

Work Environment

This role requires working in clients' homes/placements, community settings, Love146's headquarter office, and automobile travel. Reasonable accommodations may be requested by individuals with disabilities to allow them to perform the essential functions.
