Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized service plans.
  • Link clients with community resources and services.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working with trauma survivors.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
