We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Recovery Specialist to join our team at Sound Community Services, Inc. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults (18-25 years old) with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses to achieve their recovery goals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing direct support services to residents in a residential setting. This includes daily oversight, medication administration, and completion of electronic medical records. The position also requires facilitating activities and groups based on life skills assessments and assisting residents in developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, budgeting, personal hygiene, sex education, and other areas.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.54/hour, plus additional compensation for bilingual staff and evening shifts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes generous PTO, company-paid life insurance, and access to a range of employee benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide daily oversight to all residents involved in the program
  • Monitor resident's administering medications as scheduled
  • Facilitate monthly activities and groups based on life skills assessments
  • Assist residents on developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, budgeting, personal hygiene, sex education, and other areas
