Residential Recovery Specialist Adult Care Provider

At Sound Community Services, Inc., we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. Our Residential Recovery Specialist program offers a comprehensive range of services to help clients achieve their recovery goals.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a member of our residential program, you will work closely with clients to provide individualized support and guidance in achieving their treatment plans. Your duties will include monitoring resident medication administration, completing daily documentation, and facilitating monthly activities and groups based on life skills assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working in behavioral health or human services, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You must be competent in the use of technology, including email and electronic client records. A current valid driver's license is also required.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The salary for this position is $18.54 per hour, plus an additional $0.50 per hour for all hours worked between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Bilingual individuals who are proficient in Spanish and English may also earn an additional $0.50 per hour. In addition to your hourly wage, you will receive a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous PTO package.
