Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our ambulatory oncology practice team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and formulate recommendations for drug therapy based on current literature and established standards of practice.
- Directly supervise supportive personnel and serve as a resource for drug information.
- Participate in the preparation and distribution of medications, and serve as a member of the healthcare team with the prescriber and direct caregiver.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACCP accredited school/college of pharmacy.
- Eligible or currently licensed in the State of Maine.
- Work experience as a patient care pharmacist involved in patient monitoring and drug therapy review is preferred.
