About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Ardon Health. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of specialty medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments to promote safe and effective therapy
  • Engage with providers to optimize therapy and facilitate prescription verification
  • Supervise pharmacy support personnel and participate in quality management activities
  • Provide on-call support to ensure the security of the pharmacy and continuous patient access to pharmacist services
Requirements
  • Active Oregon Pharmacist license
  • Four to six years of related experience working in a pharmacy, with a preference for experience in a specialty pharmacy
  • Certification in Specialty Pharmacy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
