Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Outside In. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing culturally respectful patient-centered healthcare and medications to a diverse population of underserved, houseless, and/or low-income adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and collaborative drug therapy management.
  • Dispense medications and interpret medical provider orders.
  • Monitor medication adherence and provide patient counseling on new prescriptions.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical pharmacy program.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Oregon.
  • Successful completion of an approved orientation to standard competencies within 6 months of hire.
  • B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
  • PGY pharmacy practice residency desirable.
  • Medication Therapy Management certification desirable.
Working Conditions

This position is located in a typical office and clinic environment, with moderate noise.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
