Vibrant ABA Therapy is dedicated to delivering tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to underserved children on the autism spectrum across New York City.

We prioritize the professional growth of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) by providing extensive training and essential resources.

In collaboration with Paradigm Health, we offer a holistic support system that encompasses Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology.

As a member of our compassionate team, you will contribute to improving the lives of children with autism and their families in local communities.


Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Possess an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Hold an LBA credential (or be eligible) in New York State.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to establish meaningful goals and treatment plans.
  • Design and analyze data-driven behavior intervention strategies.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and providing specific performance feedback while ensuring clinical integrity in home settings.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.

Applicants should be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, which include frequent sitting on the floor, standing up, and engaging in physical activities with children.

Bilingual Spanish-speaking BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
