- Develop and implement behavioral therapy programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and produce detailed reports to inform treatment plans.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop individualized behavior and services plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Provide ongoing training and support to behavior technicians, promoting skill enhancements and clinical excellence.
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master's degree in Special Education or a related human services field.
- Proven expertise in behavior management, instructional design, and interpersonal relations.

- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
