We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Clinical Director to join our team at Blue Balloon ABA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and clinical excellence across our New Jersey region.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement clinical plans to ensure the highest quality of treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Lead a cross-functional team to increase census across settings of care and establish growth targets in current clinics.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and other stakeholders to identify areas for growth within and outside your region. Support clinical location selection and growth strategy to drive business expansion.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts who share our vision and values. Foster a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the ABA community by developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive quality improvement.
- Education: Master's Degree required. PhD preferred.
- Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience.
- Skills: Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
