Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic full-time Certified Behavioral Analyst (CBA) to enhance our dynamic team. Our CBAs deliver services in educational, domestic, and community settings to children facing behavioral and learning challenges. They play a crucial role in providing direct support, training for parents, and ensuring meticulous documentation of treatment strategies, progress notes, and annual evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Behavior Analyst in New York State
  • Willingness to provide services in designated areas
  • Availability for work during weekdays
  • Experience in applying behavioral analysis techniques with school-aged children diagnosed with Autism and related speech and language disorders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic services to children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Build strong partnerships with families to create a supportive learning atmosphere in home environments
  • Collaborate with caregivers to ensure adherence to therapeutic schedules
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily session notes, progress assessments, and annual reviews
