About the Job

Job Summary: Cyfle is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team as a Clinical Team Lead. This role will provide supervision, training, and support to psychology interns, social workers, and mental health counselors in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve the lives and independence of individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their families.
  • Training and Supervision: Supervise and train clinicians on ABA cases, including Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP Assessments.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, and ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychology interns, social workers, and mental health counselors, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and designation as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York.
  • Experience: At least two years of professional experience post-licensure with people with autism and related developmental disabilities, including supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise with Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environmental Training (NET), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft Office.
Physical and Competency Requirements:
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Competencies: Detail-oriented, active listener, critical thinker, and researcher with the ability to implement research into treatment plans.
