About the Role

Cyfle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing new programs and initiatives to improve the lives and independence of individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and training to psychology interns, social workers, and mental health counselors
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and assessments such as the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP
  • Develop behavior plans and skill acquisition plans
  • Supervise and train clinicians on ABA cases
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate new programming for OPWDD services
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and designation as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York
  • At least two years of professional experience post-licensure with people with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Supervisory experience
  • Expertise with Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environmental Training (NET)
  • Experience training staff and/or parents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
Competencies
  • Detail oriented with ability to make notes and changes to treatment plans
  • Active listener with critical thinking skills
  • Ability to research and implement research into treatment plans
